BILIRHOST DELIVERY INFORMATION

The delivery of services purchased from our website (Domain, Hosting, SSL, etc.) is carried out by sending the relevant information to the customer's registered email address on the day the payment is received, during business hours.

If the payment is made on weekends or outside business hours, the delivery of information will be sent to the customer's registered email address on the next business day during business hours.

BILIRHOST.COM CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. This document contains the cancellation and refund conditions related to sales made by Bilirnet Bilişim Hizmetleri (hereinafter referred to as BILIRHOST) through its domain www.bilirhost.com.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

3. Bilirhost.com specifies in this policy the periods during which products purchased on the platform can be canceled or refunded based on their types. Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the following clauses.

4. The contract date for this Refund Policy refers to the date of purchase of a product or service processed by Bilirnet Bilişim Hizmetleri under the relevant product or service contract.

5. Cancellation and refund are applicable only for new purchases; renewals and upgrades are not eligible for cancellation and refund.

6. The time intervals for canceling products based on purchase periods are as follows:

   • Yearly Purchases (Contracts of one year and longer): Within 15 days from the contract date
   • Monthly Purchases (All purchases less than one year):
     • For Servers: Within 72 hours from the contract date
     • For other refundable products: Within 48 hours from the contract date

7. Contracts related to services performed instantly in electronic form or non-material goods delivered instantly to the consumer cannot be canceled, and the customer cannot request a refund for such contracts.

   The products falling under this scope are: a. Domain names (registration and renewal) b. All third-party licenses c. SSL and security products d. Server products (subject to special refund conditions)

8. In the case of a refund, the amount paid for instantly performed services and products provided as gifts within a campaign is non-refundable. The cost of gift products is deducted from the total product refund amount before processing the refund.

9. In cases where domain transfers cannot be completed for various reasons, a "passcode" is generated to grant the customer the right to obtain a domain name.

10. Customers can receive refunds either back to the payment method or by loading the refund amount onto a virtual card.
